Stephanie is responsible for Human Resources at Spoor & Fisher Jersey. She has over 25 years of experience in HR spanning the full employee lifecycle including HR strategy, coaching, reward and recognition as well as learning and development.

Stephanie is a fully qualified HR professional having achieved the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development; CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HRM. She also holds Chartered Management Institute; CMI Strategic Leadership Level 7 and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II Qualified Practitioner.
