South African consultancy and research company PMR.africa once again awarded Spoor & Fisher the coveted Diamond Arrow Award for 2020.
Spoor & Fisher won in the Specialist Legal Services – Intellectual Property category and received the highest rating of 4.28 out of a possible 5.00.
The long running awards celebrate excellence across various sectors and companies are entered through nominations by peers. The awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction.
Interviews are conducted with some 300 respondents drawn from the ranks of in-house legal advisors, CEOs, managing directors, financial directors, company secretaries and senior managers of large and listed companies in South Africa. The research and survey process are independently driven by PMR.africa to maintain the integrity of the awards.
