Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that maximize our online presence and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, possess a strong understanding of various digital channels, and demonstrate expertise in developing and executing successful online campaigns.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives, incorporating the “why, how, what” approach.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and mobile apps, to effectively reach our target audience.
  • Design, build, and maintain our firm’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and content experts to create landing pages that optimize the user experience and drive conversions.
  • Publish digital marketing content online, working closely with content experts to ensure messaging aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
  • Implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement.
  • Manage website updates using HTML and CSS to make necessary changes, conduct content experiments, and design landing pages to improve user experience and conversions.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO techniques and other tools to increase visibility and drive relevant traffic.
  • Scale campaigns based on performance analysis to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against predetermined goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights from data analytics, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor project status and budget to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within allocated resources.
  • Analyse and evaluate the end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, identifying critical conversion and drop-off points, and optimizing user funnels for better results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in digital marketing.
  • Certifications in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, or marketing automation software are advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with the target audience.
  • Innovative and creative thinking skills to develop compelling digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
