The Libyan Trade Marks Office has suspended the acceptance of new applications during the period 5 March 2025 to 10 April 2025, in order to focus on processing the backlog of pending applications. During this time they will continue to accept renewals, oppositions and appeals. We are monitoring the situation and further developments will be reported.
