Trade Mark Senior Associate

This position, based at our Centurion office requires someone with experience across Trade Marks. The incumbent should, in particular, have good Trade Mark Prosecution experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must:

• Be admitted as an attorney
• Have at least 2-3 years post articles experience in IP Law
• Preference will be given to candidates who completed the Trade Mark practitioner (SAIIPL) examinations.
