These include advising generally on labelling requirements for foods, beverages and alcohol; assisting clients in bringing complaints against competitors who are non-compliant with relevant regulations; assisting clients in defending or bringing complaints before the Advertising Regulatory Board; assisting with licence/manufacture/supply and distribution agreements; and advising on matters relating to promotional competitions.
