Fatima, a seasoned HR professional with two decades of experience, initially joined Spoor & Fisher in 2018. After spending three years with the firm, she transitioned to a prominent global professional services company, where she assumed the role of Head of People & Culture. She later returned to Spoor & Fisher in January 2023, now as the Head of Human Resources. Fatima holds a BA and BA Honours in Industrial Psychology, as well as an MA in Industrial Psychology, demonstrating her strong academic background in the field.
