Kamlesh holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Witwatersrand and an MBA degree from the University of North-West. He brings extensive leadership experience from the South African retail and business banking sectors. Having led teams in analytics, credit, product development, IT, and operations, he has successfully launched new-to-market products, transformed sales channels, and redesigned operational structures.

Kamelesh is responsible for the oversight, integration and optimisation of Spoor & Fisher’s Operations Department.
