Nola Pontes handles the day-to-day operations of the trade mark prosecution client service team, and searches team in our Jersey office. She has a BA (Hons) degree, and a PG Cert (IP Management).

With over two decades of experience, Nola specialises in international trade mark registration, searches, prosecution and maintenance across Africa and the Caribbean. She has extensive experience in co-ordinating trade mark portfolios, and providing practical advice on the management of trade mark portfolios as well as the prosecution of matters across these regions.

Nola works with a wide variety of global brand owners across diverse fields, including food and beverage, fashion, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industry sectors.
