The  “WIPR Leaders 2022” digital edition, a directory of the world’s most talented IP lawyers, has just been released, and includes five of Spoor & Fisher’s intellectual property law specialists – David Cochrane, Charles Webster, Tshepo Shabangu and Eben van Wyk. They have been recognised as leading practitioners in their field, providing the highest quality patent, trade mark, and copyright advice.

Published by World IP Review, WIPR Leaders 2022 is the leading guide to trade mark and patent practitioners worldwide. In compiling the listings, the research team consults some 12,000 IP professionals worldwide, with nominees then being vetted in terms of their practice history, industry expertise, notable cases and where applicable, any additional activities such as writing and teaching. Commercial considerations played no part in determining the outcome.
