Kaajal Nagindas is a Trade Mark Practitioner and has an LLB (cum laude) degree from the University of Pretoria. She is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Kaajal has over a decade of experience in the clearance and registration of trade marks, both locally and internationally, as well as prosecuting trade mark applications. She regularly conducts IP due diligence investigations and handles IP portfolio management.
