Rual Grobler has an LLB and an LLM (International Commercial Law) both obtained from the University of Johannesburg. He is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Rual focusses on trade mark selection, searches, clearance and registration as well as assisting clients with the prosecution of trade mark applications. With an enforcement background in Anti-Counterfeiting in Africa, Rual also assists clients with trade mark portfolio management, both locally and internationally, with a focus on Southern African countries
