Michael Lamont is a partner at Spoor & Fisher, specialising in anti-counterfeit enforcement in South and Southern Africa. He holds a BCom (Hons) (Tourist Management) and an LLB degree. He is also an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a Trade Mark Practitioner.
Michael has more than 10 years of experience in anti-counterfeit enforcement, focused on South and Southern Africa. In addition to assisting various global clients with their anti-counterfeiting enforcement, Michael regularly presents at workshops focused on upskilling law enforcement on anti-counterfeiting processes and procedures, in various Southern African countries, as well as brand protection.
