WTR 1000 focuses exclusively on trade mark practices and practitioners in 72 jurisdictions around the world – and in the publication’s 2018 rankings preview, Spoor & Fisher is rated as one of South Africa’s leading firms in the trade mark field for 2018. The 2018 preview also lists individual practitioners who have earned particular mention due to their high professional profiles in specialist areas. Charles Webster, Louise Myburgh, Carl van Rooyen, Eben van Wyk and Mohamed Khader are listed in the field of enforcement and litigation and Mohamed is also mentioned for his anti-counterfeiting work.
