Nishaat Slamdien is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with an LLB and LLM (Intellectual Property) from the University of Cape Town.

Nishaat focuses on domestic and foreign trade mark prosecution and trade mark, copyright and unlawful competition litigation. This includes trade mark clearance searches and registration, trade mark portfolio management, trade mark oppositions, trade mark and copyright infringement claims, company name objections and domain name disputes.

Nishaat also conducts regulatory reviews, provides advertising pre-clearance advice and deals with due diligence investigations for commercial IP transactions.
