Nishaat Slamdien is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with an LLB and LLM (Intellectual Property) from the University of Cape Town.

Nishaat focuses on domestic and foreign trade mark prosecution and trade mark, copyright and unlawful competition litigation.
